DKP RULES (submitted by Ejaim at 11:20am PST)

Mayhem's DKP Program:

General Rules
-All issues you have will be brought to an officer and not in the raid.

-It is your responsibility to know the amount of DKP you have prior to the raid.

-One player, one dkp pool. (i.e. You raid excessively on one character, then bring an appropriate leveled alt into a raid. Your alt bids from your main's dkp pool.)

-Players Must sign up for raids on the DKP site.

-DKP will be used only for guild sanctioned raids i.e. raids that can be signed up for on the DKP site.

-Max DKP pool is 2000 any points accrued over that amount will be forfeit.

Points Awarded
-Members must attend a minimum of 50% raid duration to receive full point value.

-DKP will be awarded per raid night.
Tuesday = 50 DKP
Wednesday = 50 DKP
Saturday = 100 DKP
Sunday = 50 DKP

-When a new member joins the guild, they are awarded 50 DKP.

-When a new member attends their first raid, they are awarded the point value of that raid zone PRIOR to the beginning of the raid.

-First time pickup raiders are awarded the point value of the zone they are attending PRIOR to zone in. Points for pickup raiders will be listed on Mayhem's dkp site.

-Persons who are on standby status will be awarded the full value of the night raid if selected to attend.

-Persons who are on standby status and do not get selected for the night will receive half the nights DKP awarded.

-Master share program is as follows. Place master you want to share in GB4. That master will be offered up for bid at the next raid. If your master is taken you will be awarded 25 DKP for the master. If the master is not taken, it will be put back into GB1 to do with as you please.

-Bonus DKP can be assigned by guild leadership and will be announced at their discretion.

Bidding
- Bids will be in 25 DKP point increments

-Recruits are allowed to bid.

-Raiders will let the raid leader know which toon you are bidding on prior to the raid zone other wise your bidding on the toon your playing. Example: If we do 2 zones a night and you have to switch toons you have to let the raid leader know before that zone which toon you are bidding on.

-Bids will be on a need basis first.

-Minimum bids as follows.
25 DKP points for masters
50 DKP points for all other loot
100 DKP for mana’s (assigned by mail list)

-Tank bidding is as follows.
The MT is allowed one tank bid per zone at the cost of 200 DKP
The OT is allowed one tank bid per zone where it does not go against the MT

Loot
-Loot will be assigned an archetype by the raid leader.

-The raid leader can offer up a item for greed at their discretion.

-Any masters not taken by that night's raid will be looted and offered again within one weeks time. Any masters not taken after that time will be offer per the looting rules.

-Loot will be bid upon by archetype i.e. Scout which includes every class under that archetype.

-"Hybrid" classes can bid on any item that they can use. However, since by the nature of the hybrid class they are likely only to use said item PART of the time there is a cap of 200 DKP that they can spend for items outside of there archetype.
The cap is not in effect if two hybrids are bidding against each other.

-Any loot not bid upon in the raid will be transmuted and assigned per mana list.

-Any non transmutable loot ( i.e. patterns, etc ) will be offered up for bid in the following order:
Raiding mains
Raiding alts (defined by any alt who is invited to attend raids more than 2 times a month)
Raiders on standby
Alts
Non Raiding Guild Members

Penalties
-Members who bid upon a item and do not have the DKP for the item will be penalized 200 DKP and lose that nights raid DKP. If you are awarded the item and did not have the DKP you will lose all your DKP and be subject to removal from main raiding status.
Example: You have 900 DKP you bid 925 for a item. It is found out you dont have the DKP prior to you recieving the item. You don’t get the item and lose 200 DKP plus the DKP you would be awarded that night.

-Members who sign up and don't show up are penalized 25 DKP.

-Members who show up late, or leave early without letting the raid leader know prior to the raid will be docked 25 DKP from their pool.

-Conduct unbecoming a raid member will result in DKP penalties of half the night’s raid value and possible removal from main raiding status. (i.e. "ninja" afk, poor attitude, excessive whining, etc)
