Mayhem DKP Program (submitted by faeriefireeq2 at 10:36am PST) General Rules:* -All issues you have will be brought to an officer, and not during a raid. -It is your responsibility to know the amount of DKP you have prior to the raid. -One player, one DKP pool. (i.e. You raid excessively on one character, then bring an appropriate leveled alt into a raid. Your alt bids from your main's DKP pool.) -DKP will be used only for guild sanctioned raids. (i.e. Raids that can be signed up for on the DKP site.) -Hard-cap on any DKP pool is 2500. Any points accrued over that amount will be forfeit. -Raiders must maintain 75% attendance over a 60 day average to guarantee a spot in the raid force. Raiders who fall below 50% attendance over a 90 day average will be demoted to alt/member status and not guaranteed a raid spot. Emergency situations will be taken into consideration. Points Awarded:* -Members must attend the full raid duration to receive full point value. -DKP will be awarded per raid night: Tuesday = 50 DKP Wednesday = 50 DKP Saturday = 100 DKP Sunday = 50 DKP -When an applicant joins the guild, they are awarded 25 DKP. -When an applicant attends their first raid, they are awarded the point value of that raid night PRIOR to the beginning of the raid. -Players who do not get selected for a raid will be put on standby status. Players must remain online and contactable throughout the full raid time to be eligible for standby status rewards. -Raider ranked players on standby status will be awarded the full value of the night's raid if selected to attend. -Raider ranked players on standby status who do not get selected for the night will receive half the night's DKP awarded. -Dedicated Raider ranked players on standby status will be awarded full DKP and loot rights to items found in each raid zone. -Master share program is as follows. Place a master you want to share in GB4. That master will be offered up for bid at the next raid. If your master is taken you will be awarded 25 DKP for the master. If the master is not taken, it will be put back into GB1 to be collected at your earliest convenience. -Bonus DKP can be assigned by guild leadership and will be announced at their discretion. Bidding:* -Bids will be in increments of 25 DKP. -Applicants are allowed to bid, but not against a main raider. -Raiders who are asked by the raid leader to play a character other than their main will be allowed to bid on their main raiding character when items fall. -Bids will be on a need basis first. -Minimum bids as follows: 25 DKP points for masters. 50 DKP points for all other loot. 50 DKP for manas. (Only mains may buy mana's from gb4. Applicants cannot purchase manas for DKP until they have passed the application period) -Tank bidding is as follows: The MT is allowed one tank bid per raid night at the cost of 500 DKP. The OT is allowed one tank bid per raid night where it does not conflict with a MT tank bid, also at a cost of 500 DKP. Loot:* -If an item falls and it is an upgrade, and you are eligible to wear it, you may bid on it. There are no exceptions to this rule. -The raid leader can offer up an item for greed at their discretion. -Any masters that fall during a raid and are not bid upon during that raid will be looted and offered again within one week's time. Any masters not taken after that time will be offered for greed per the looting rules. -Bidding order for all loot is as follows: 1. Mains (Dedicated Raiders on standby fall into this category) 2. Applicants 3. Raiding Alts (defined by an alt who is asked to fill a main raiding spot two or more times in a floating 30 day period) 4. Alts (raider ranked players on standby fall into this category) -No alt will be allowed to bid against a main raider. (No one with a Discord tag, or anyone that is still an applicant, may bid against a player that is a dedicated main raider). No applicant can bid for an alt while they are still in applicant status. All alts MUST be in either Mayhem or Discord. If the item is not needed by a guilded alt, then it will either be muted or sold on level chat (depending on item), and non-guilded alts will be able to purchase said item for the minimum amount of plat that is being required in level chat if no guilded alts are bidding DKP on the item. Penalties:* -Members who bid upon an item and do not have the DKP for the item will be penalized 200 DKP. If you are awarded the item before the discrepancy is caught, you will be fined 250 DKP plus the amount that you overbid. Second offenses will lead to removal from main raiding status. Example: You have 1000 DKP, and bid 1500. If you win the item, you will be docked 250 + 500, totaling 750 DKP. -Members who show up late, or leave early without letting the raid leader AND dkp officer know prior to the raid will be docked 25 DKP from their pool. -Conduct unbecoming a raid member will result in DKP penalties and possible removal from main raiding status. (i.e. "ninja" afk, poor attitude, excessive whining, etc) Inactive raiders: After 30 days with 0% raid attendance, DKP pool will be halved. After 60 days with 0% raid attendance, DKP pool will be halved again. After 90 days with 0% raid attendance, DKP pool will be cleared. Inactive raider rule applies to those that 'take a break from the game', completely disappear, or cannot raid on a regular basis. Raiders who let officers know what is going on (in advance) will be exempt from this rule (ie, health issue, military duties over seas, etc). * All rules contained herein are subject to change without notice. ** The raid leader may intercede on any bid at any time if deemed too inapropriate. |
